A start of operations is always a particular challenge when it represents a change of operator and/or involves significant changes, e.g. due to the simultaneous commissioning of new vehicles. Problems do not arise from a lack of expertise, but mostly from a lack of resources. We help to compensate for this, drawing on our experience from a number of successful but also problematic start-ups.
