Marc Schweren

Marc Schweren is the founder and “head” of TransFer Solution Unternehmensberatung. After studying transport business administration, he first gained over 10 years of extensive practical experience in management positions at various rail transport companies before founding TransFer Solution Management consultancy in 2012.

Since then, he has been a competent, solution-oriented and authentic contact person who understands railways as a system and thus has a deep understanding of the connections between operational-technical and commercial issues. The consulting spectrum covers almost the entire value chain of the railway system in horizontal, i.e. technical, and vertical terms (players in the market). The spectrum of clients is correspondingly broad and ranges from public transport authorities and rail operators to the rolling stock industry, financiers and tariff associations.

He is fluent in English and also has the professional qualification to be an operations manager BOKraft/transport manager VO(EG) 1071/2009.

He is also a lecturer at the TH Wildau.

Ralf Hermkes

Ralf Hermkes stands for decades of experience in the operation of railways and rail vehicles. He is not only qualified as a railway safety manager and thus has the expertise required for safe and efficient operations.

He also has extensive experience in the (re)construction, commissioning and maintenance of rail vehicles. For many years, he has managed sometimes very demanding traction and operational projects.

Bernhard Weinstein

As a cooperation partner of TransFer Solution, Bernhard Weinstein now advises transport companies and public utilities in all personnel matters after many years as a personnel manager and managing director.

Based on his extensive experience as a lawyer, business partner and labour director, he advises on the topics of transfer of business, collective and individual labour law. At the same time, he has proven experience in systemic organisational development as well as in change management and coaches managers in their everyday work. As a responsible human resources manager in passenger transport, he has accompanied numerous bids in award procedures, start-ups, but also contract losses. As a member of collective bargaining commissions and as a negotiator, he has shaped working conditions.

He is a member of Mobifair e.V., Zukunft Plus e.V. and the Arbeitskreis Führungsethik, among others.
